Come 'n' Try
All Come 'n' Try participants are required to pre book in advance
We run our Come 'n' Try session most Saturday mornings from 10am sharp to 11.30am.

The cost is $20 per person which includes $15 for the Archery lesson and a $5 equipment hire fee.

At Phoenix, we also love to reward parents who want to shoot with their kids by waiving the $5 equipment hire fee. *
*Child needs to be under the age of 18 for parent discount to apply.

for Come 'n' Try
At Phoenix Archery Club, the starting age is 8 years and over.
Children will be assessed by one of our instructors to see if the
child is able to draw back the bow safely, as our bows can only be reduced by a certain amount of poundage. Reducing them too far causes the arrows to fail to reach the target and/or bounce out. Additionally, the child will need to be able to concentrate for 90 minutes while taking in instructions.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Phoenix Archery Club will not allow any child 7 years and under to shoot!
This policy has been put in place in the best interest of the child, our instructors, coaches, and for the safety and wellbeing of everyone else on the range.
